Instagram Started Accepting Verified Account Requests

[ad_1]
In July, Instagram activated the feature to request verified accounts for its users in Australia and accepted some of the requests and added a blue tick to the correct profiles, indicating that those profiles were approved accounts.

With the update that came to the application yesterday, Instagram will accept approved account requests from users in Turkey. This update, which is currently available only for iOS devices, cannot be used by users with Android devices. There is no statement yet about when it will come to Android.

So how do we make this request through the application?

First, log in to Instagram and access the Settings tab. Then click on the ‘Verification Request’ tab added with the last update. In the section that appears, you need to write your name and surname exactly as found on your ID. After completing this stage, you are asked to upload an ID issued by government institutions to the section that says Add File. This may be your Turkish ID, or it may be your documents such as a passport or driver’s license.
If you are a business account and want to have a verified account for your company’s Instagram page; In this section, you need to upload documents that prove your authenticity, such as a registration certificate, tax certificate, invoice or company establishment certificate.
After this stage, press the ‘Send’ button. You will see the following text on the screen:

“We will let you know once we review your request for your verified token.”

Instagram will get back to you within 30 days and send you its response via e-mail. If you receive a negative response, do not worry because you can re-apply by reviewing your account and documents.
